Effectiveness of the running performance of the transformer in the food industry

The transformation leader is the leader who has an influence on the needs, Spiritualities and values of the staff. Transformational leader guides the institutions to work with high performance by assimilating change and innovation. Transformational leaders are expected to achieve both organizational goals and performance by allocating the necessary motivation in order to reflect their trust and ability to work. The main aim of this study is to explain the characteristics of leadership and transformation leader leadership, to examine employee performance and factors affecting employee performance, as well as to determine the impact of the transformation leader in employee performance on employee performance. Survey method was used as data collection method. This research is a relational screening model in which relations between two different situations that may interfere with each other are examined in terms of various variables. In conclusion, descriptive statistics of continuous variables are shown by mean, Standard deviation, factor, correlation and regression. Among the important results of the survey is that the transformational leadership is partly influenced directly and positively on employee performance.
