Development a method for determination of some degradation products of pesticides which can be found in food and validation of the method

In this study, aldicarb, carbofuran, pirimicarb and thiophonate-methyl pesticides these are the pesticides in the carbamate class, has been examined for a certain period of time and at different temperatures metabolite conversion with using Ultra-High Pressure Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-MS / MS). To do this, the mixture of pesticide at particular concentration which is the subject of research have been injected to tomato samples we have already know that there is no pesticide active ingredient. Methods have been developed for the determination of pesticides and pesticide metabolite. Morover, validation study was carried out to get correct, repeatable and comparable measurement results of the developed method in national and international dimension. The pesticides used in the study, are the ones that can be used in agricultural struggle and chromatographic separations of them can be observed quite good way. In the study, the high tomato matrix degradation products are used to get a better and view of percentage of exports in our country. As Extraction Method, QuEChERS method was used that is widely used in the residual analysis. Analysis of the extracts were carried out by UHPLC-MS / MS. The main and fragmentation ions which belong to pesticide under analysis were determined. Method optimization study was done by taking into account of constant experimentation, with the best observeable amounts of chromatographic separation. The unit parameters are determined according to the optimal peak separation and intensity, to get results of the retention time can be obtained. Method validation study was done to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the method. The results were found acceptable according to international directives.
