Abstract (EN)
The digital transformation of traditional trade represents a significant paradigm shift in modern business. This shift has resulted from a confluence of factors affecting the evolution of global trade and the economy. The transition from traditional trade to e-commerce is the result of the interaction of many factors such as technological advances, changes in consumer behavior, increased global competition, and improvements in logistics and payment systems. This thesis examines the dynamics of the transition from traditional trade to e-commerce and consumer perceptions. Survey technique, one of the quantitative data collection techniques, was used in the study. In the analysis of the occupational variable, it was observed that employers had higher values in the dimensions of advantage, impact and trust. In today's rapidly evolving technological environment, it is important for businesses to develop customized strategies to adapt to these changes and respond to the changing needs of consumers. In this context, marketing strategies that take into account demographic factors such as gender, marital status, age, education level and occupation can enable businesses to increase their competitive advantage and manage customer relations more effectively.
