Abstract (EN)

The rapidly developing technology waves have changed every aspect of our lives and have led us to a constantly renewed perspective. With regards to design, the effect of artificial intelligence algorithms developed in recent years, has changed traditional design models and opened the doors of a brand-new thought for the coming years. The innovation has also triggered the advancement of the idea of creating games based on artificial intelligence. Due to the convenience provided by artificial intelligence and automation to the consumer market, it has pulled the concept of graphic design and game design to an irreversible new dimension. In this process, where the old-style designer role has begun to disappear completely, the concept of "integrated design" has begun to emerge. In particular, traditional two-dimensional designs have started to be replaced by multi-dimensional designs that provide consumer convenience with advancing technology. "User Experience (UX)" and "User Interface (UI)" and the human factor have also been added to the design. The developments in technology and the change in human needs have caused the future of design to be permanent and to change its shell. In this thesis, it has been tried to explain the changes starting from the history of graphic design, the effect of technology on graphic design, the advantages and disadvantages of newly developing artificial intelligence and automation ideas, the effects of the size change in design on the consumer and the designer, and how the game design will be shaped by artificial intelligence.
