Abstract (EN)
Today the designing of machines on computer and the simulation of mechanical systems provide us time and cost saving and also help us to foresee the design problems. In this thesis, 3D model of a hydraulic deck crane was designed by using Solidworks software and then this model was used in Cosmos for static and dynamic (frequency) analyses. After designing the 3D model of the crane boom in MSC.ADAMS, the dynamic analyses were made. Validation of the software results with the conventional calculations, shows us the reliabiliy of the CAD model. In this thesis, firstly hydraulic elements and control methods of hydraulic deck crane are explained. Then CAD model and analyses made with CAD model are explained and the present CAD model construction and the calculation of hydraulic elements are shown. The results of frequency analyse and the necessary methods to be protected from resonance are explained. Keywords : Crane, Deck, Hydraulic, Stress, Static, Dynamic, Frequency, Resonance
