Abstract (EN)

The workforce above the age of 15 in the world and Turkey, and in particular youth unemployment is the main subject of the study encounter comes the labor capacity of the country to be left idle. Unemployment leads to significant social, individual, economic and psychological problems. The fact that people aged between 15 and 24 who are considered as young in the unemployed have different education, skills and psychological structures makes the solution of the problem even more difficult. Studies on the subject generally show that there is a negative relationship between unemployment and growth rates. Therefore, it is important to examine youth unemployment because it is the main objective for every country to realize economic growth. Implementation in various ways in the fight against youth unemployment with policy in different countries and Turkey and while implementing these policies the use of one or more of them is common. In addition to achieving economic growth in order to reduce youth unemployment, it has been suggested that the determination and implementation of active labor force policies regionally, secondary education institutions providing general cultural education in the field of education to vocational and technical education secondary education institutions, in other words, high school graduates have a profession. Thus, it is foreseen that the unemployment problems of the youth of the country will be reduced.
