Investigation of the effect of information Management of Youth Services and sports Provincial Directorate employees on participation in management and employee attitudes

We believe that the employees of the Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate, which has an important place in guiding sports in our country, have positive attitudes in both managing the existing information and in the business environment, will remove the obstacles in front of sports and contribute to the spread of sports. Accordingly, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between Turkish Sports management's participation in management and employee attitudes and knowledge management. Descriptive scanning model will be used in this research. As a data collection tool, the scale developed by Bilir and Ay (2007) on participating in management and observing employee attitudes in Turkish Sports management and the Knowledge management attitude scale developed by Demir (2005) will be used.
