ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND OPERATIONALITY OF SPORTS FACILITIES FOR YOUTH SERVICES AND SPORTS PROVINCIAL DIRECTORATE FOR EXPECTATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS OF SPORTS AND TRAINERS (BİNGÖL PROVINCE SAMPLE) The aim of this research is to evaluate the physical condition of sports facilities belonging to Bingöl Youth Services and Sport Provincial Directorate and the management understanding of the managers in terms of expectations and needs of coaches and sportsmen. The necessary literature search was made and information about the research was tried to be included. In the scope of the research, physical status of the trainers and sportsmen and questionnaires about management understandings of the managers were applied and the problem of searching with the findings obtained from the questionnaire was sought. The obtained data were evaluated and presented in tabular form. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics were made by finding frequency and percentage distributions of personal information variables (age, sex, etc. The universe of the research is composed of athletes and coaches who benefit from sports facilities belonging to Bingöl Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate. At the end of the research, it is assumed that the entrance and exit facilities of sports facilities, oxygen conversion and ventilation, heating and heating, lighting, bathroom and shower facilities, sink and toilet facilities, spectator seats and tribune, pre-activity warming areas, resting and changing rooms capacity, The area has been determined to meet the needs and expectations of trainers and athletes who are provided with access to facilities and training. On the other hand, it has been determined that the adequacy of the facilities for cleaning and hygiene, field and ground, sports equipment, health cabinets and first aid rooms, social activity areas, facilities for disabled athletes, management understanding and sports organizations can not meet the expectations and needs of coaches and athletes.
