In this research, it was evaluated of the roles of the school administratorsabout forming in creative organization culture in common high schools.For theresearch, the target schools were taken from common shools which are selected fromrandom managements in Çankaya district in the country of Ankara. The datums werecollected with formed by taking a survey on variable sources by the searcher.When looked in order to changable of level of concerning the forming ofcreative organization culture in the school of which the school administrators? andteachers? work in, there is no differentiation without encuragement in order tosexuality dimension. When looked at the age, branch and duty period in the school,there are differentiations on the power of understanding points average. When lookedat the Professional seniority, there are also differentiations. The teachers who aremore Professional seniority, they find the school administrators more successful inorder to get the role of being broad-minded, being developer and being explanatoryin the period of constituted creative organisation culture. Teachers are like-mindedon the point of view of school admininstrators are sucessful on using the intuition.According to this, they are thinking the school administrator odstruct the cooperateand creative thinking with unnecessary reactions and and massages and by arrestingthem far, distinguish the line between being enterprising and aggressiveness and alsotrying by himself (or herself) to behave like this in order to minimize the creativity ofrisk factors. Marely, teachers are on the same opinon of the school administration isso insufficient by changing the old traditions of school culture and getting the newworth system, replace the products, services and values in the past and taking theProfessional help for developing the creative ideas where its need.
