Abstract (EN)

Media is a structure that filters and reproduces reality. During this reproduction, the media also manipulates the society and tries to consolidate the dynamics of the system in which it exists. In the globalizing world, accessing information is easy and effortless. However, it is not possible to say the same thing in order to reach the reality/correctness of the information. The starting point of this study is to seek the answer to the question "Why is it difficult to reach the truth when it is so easy to access information?" In the study, the foundations of the reproduction and construction of reality are discussed. In this study, which is built on the concepts of reality, reproduction of reality, media as the ideological apparatus of the state, manipulation, fabrication of consent, post-truth and yellow journalism, 1984, The Post and V for Vendetta films selected through purposive sampling are ideological in the context of the production and reconstruction of reality. analyzed by the analysis method.Films have been discussed within the framework of ideology and the foundations on which ideology is based. As a result, it has been seen that reality is constantly reproduced through the media. It is observed that reality is manipulated in the films examined.
