Abstract (EN)

Since the end of the 20th century, with the rapid advancement of technology, digital spaces have radically changed social relations, labor relations, culture, and many other aspects of society, as well as how sociology approaches society. According to this approach, sociological literature has inevitably concentrated on how various forms of digital content affect society. However, the sociological shift in white-collar workers' social standing due to shifts in the economic and social order has made social media an area that both observes and changes this shift by generating opportunities for employment. The purpose of this thesis is to sociologically investigate how everyday life behaviors are influenced by critical content about business life on Instagram, a social media platform. The content created on Instagram has been examined within this framework using the theoretical foundation provided by Goffman's dramaturgy method, which describes the ways in which the self is presented. For the research method of the thesis, the content analysis approach was selected, and the content—which included Instagram reels and photo posts gathered by identifying the limitations—was examined.
