Abstract (EN)

Due to the increasing data transfer in wireless communication technologies, studies are being conducted to improve wireless communication technology. Visible Light Communication (VLC), which is one of the branches of wireless communication technology, is also developing within this framework. Visible Light Communication is advantageous compared to other communication branches in terms of energy efficiency, high bandwidth, and reliability. In this context, research on Li-Fi technology based on Visible Light Communication has gained momentum in recent years. In systems created with this Li-Fi technology, data transmission is achieved through illumination by sending data through an LED bulb. In this thesis, three different studies were conducted to analyze the performance of systems where data transmission is achieved through visible light communication. Systems designed with different filtering techniques under Free Space Optical Communication (FSO), Optical Wireless Communication (OWC), and Line-of-Sight (LOS) channel conditions were used to analyze the Bit Error Rate (BER) of transmitted signals, obtain Q-factor and Eye Height values. Additionally, the amplitude spectra of these systems were analyzed, and the signal results obtained with different parameter values were compared. Finally, the transmission performance of visible light communication under different component conditions was evaluated.
