Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study was to analyse the applicability chance and amount of greko-romen teckniques, which was used in the European Youngsters Freestyle Wrestling Championships, on Freestyle wrestling. The subject in this study were 103 wrestlers from 18 countries who participated the championship, with 172 competition. The video band öf the every match of Oil competitions which were done in the championship, have been watched all wrestling techingques used in the comptetion have been determinea and clasified. And olso various frequency distrubution tables have been obtained. The percent rate of the successfull greko-romen techniques have been applied to the successif freestyle techniques according to the countries succesife full team clasman and they have been compared to each other. At the end of this study, following results were found. In 172 competition matched total 1828 came from greko-romen wrestling techniques Out of 14 techniques of the all techniques 32 touch have 74 been done and 12 of the total touches have been performed with the 7 various greko-romen techniques, and 20 of them with the 7 Freestyle techniques. USSR team was the first classemnt as a team in the competition, 78 of the total 262 were greko-romen. Four of the 10 matches which ended with touch had been done by greko-romen techniques. According to first three team classemnt sequence, USSR 40%, Türkiye 50%, Romania 25% greko-romen techniques used and gained success. Data from the level of importance of freestyle and greko-romen techniques ere determined by using "t" test and statistical significance was accepted as 0.01 level. The general examination of the ovarall statistical data showed that, the greko-romen techniques in freestyle competition had a great value of 50% and the greko-romen techniques had a contributing factor to the success in free style competitions.
