Abstract (EN)

Gülten Akın's poetry and works have been studied with some prose. The main method applied for this purpose is psychoanalytic literary theory developed by Sigmund Freud. Not only Freud, but also psychoanalytic schools that have existed since then have been explored. In this work, Gülten Akın's psychology and biography works were tried to be understood. For this purpose, the first part of the study consisting of three parts; basic concepts of psychoanalysis, representatives, relations with literature and poetry. The second part is devoted to Gülten Akin's life and poetry world. The third part is devoted to psychoanalytic elements in Gülten Akın's poems. The poems in Red Karanfil (1956-1971), Ağıtlar and Türküler (1972-1983) and in a Far East (1991-2013) books, which collected all the poems of Gülten Akın, were studied in the study and presented in the study with the theme titles and poems in the study. In the poems which psychoanalytic elements are sought, especially subconscious and elements, loneliness, pessimism, inward and outward psychoanalytic perceptions, personal transformation process, reflection of love and love, male and female dilemma, social transfers, political painting in the period and patriarchal tradition in poetry are interpreted. In the conclusion section, the results of the work presented in these three sections are included and the study is completed.
