Problems and solution suggestions encountered at fighting with customs smuggling; A study on the Turkey customs

Countries who want to grow your economy by recording face customs trafficking. These countries have to fight this big problem intensively and decisively. Customs trafficking harms our economy seriously like all countries economy in the world, injures social justice and peace and shake confidence of citizens in the state. Customs trafficking is kind of crime which sieze rights of person who pay tax to state, have morality and respect for law. In this study, the center of customs trafficking in customs trafficking incidents, with the cause and the consequences of these events, determine the problems and solutions was aimed when fighting against custom trafficking in turkey customs. In this context, Police and Customs seized smuggled goods as a result of their efforts in fighting trafficking organizations stating that the first part of the thesis by making use of statistical sources and smuggling of customs legislation and acts of smuggling contraband specified in the law, and what are the sanctions described in these acts, the second chapter, the types of smuggling in customs in terms of value of goods seized in smuggling activities and give statistical information given in the third and final section, the customs, administrative, structural, infrastructural and social problems, especially problems encountered are discussed.
