Abstract (EN)
The canonical records which submit great importance both through their confidence and containing content on inquiries regarding Ottoman history are indispensable source especially on the investigations of the town history. Whereby these records a city or region?s administrative, economic, military, legal and social structure as possible to have knowledge about the state of the overall situation may be possible to have a conviction.At 1653-1655 years connected to a subdivision in Çankırı province of Anatolia, registery with the physical, administrative, social and economic status of our work strives to reveal, consists of two parts which follows the introduction chapter. After providing general information about the canonical records, the reviewed record has been presented and then the historical development of the town has been given on the introduction chapter. First chapter record transcription to the New Turkish Alphabet, while second chapter includes general evaluation of the record.17th mid-century, the empire in the reflection of the overall situation in Çankırı is sure to feel itself. Especially permanent tax demand of the state because of the cost of the navy of Girit campaigne time, also the taxes collected by subdivision managers time to time has left Çankırı people, whose economic situation is already poor, quite difficult in mentioned time.Key Words: Canonical records, province, subdivision
