Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to attract attention to the existence of the literature of Amali and to present to the eyes of the academic world by edition-critique of Abu?l-Fadl Ibn al-Shihna?s work that called al-Amali al-Muhibbiyya which consisted of dictation of the Traditions (imlâ) which arranged in al-Madrasa al-Muayyidiyya by author himself.In this study the method of dictation (imlâ) is examined as method of hadith teaching, and called attention to the existence of sort of the Amali books in the Hadith Literature.In the first section of our thesis we tried to give the literal and terminological meaning of the word Amali, how and where performed the method of dictation of Traditions (imlâ) which is the writing method of sort of the books of Emali is, and who is active in the Dictation of the Hadith Assemblies, and also we try to introduce the prominent ones Amali Books.In the second section of our work we tried to give information about Abu al-Fadl Ibn al-Shihna?s autobiography and his scientific personality. Then, we tried to give information about Ibn al-Shihna?s work called `al- Amali al-Muhibbiyya? and to present the method that he applied by author when dictated the Traditions (imlâ al-ahadith) this book as much as we could determine.In the final section of this study we gave the edition-crtique of the unique manuscript of `al- Amali al-Muhibbiyya?.
