A study on Hadi̇ye Hümeyra's white butterfly (Beyaz Kelebek)

White Butterfly, a novel by Hadiye Hümeyra, was published in Yeni Şark Newspaper between 1922-1923, in 51 serials. White Butterfly was never published as a full book. White Butterfly and Broken Hearts by Hadiye Hümeyra were seriallized in Yeni Şark Newspaper. The series of White Butterfly, starts from the page 401 of the newspaper dated 1922 and ends an page 458 of the newpaper dated 1923. The other novel of the author is Broken Hearts which starts from page 267 of the newspaper dated 1922 and ends at 297 th issue of the newspaper. Broken Hearts was published in 28 series in the newspaper. In this study, White Butterfly is examined structurally. This study consists of two parts. In the first part, the framework of the published episodes is shown in the chart which shows the issue number and date under the title of White Butterfly. In the second part, White Butterfly is examined from the point of characters, setting and wording under the title of "Analysis of White Butterfly". Unfortunately there is no informaion about Hadiye Hümeyra so that assessment regarding the relationship between the author and novel is not examined in here. So far, there has not been any study made regarding White Butterfly. As far as we know, this study is the first that has ever been made in this subject. We wish that this study will be a great source for studies about Hadiye Hümeyra in the future.
