Abstract (EN)
In this Master's thesis, an adaptive load balancing algorithm is developed to be used in dynamic heterogenous distributed systems using Hadoop distributed storage solution. Said algorithm is based on solution search by social spider optimisation and optimising for minimum resource makespan on nodes that are not idle. This enables partial satisfaction of requests.
