Views of teachers and administrators on the preparation of weekly course schedules: A phenomenological analysis

The situations between the private lives and working conditions of teachers, who are the employees of education and training activities in schools, also indicate the relations between teachers and school management. The weekly lesson schedule, which determines the working hours of the teachers, can cause problems between the school administration and the teachers, and between the teacher and other teachers. The curriculum is a situation that affects the teachers' understanding of justice about the school, the management understanding of the school administration, and teachers efficiency in lessons. This research is important in terms of the importance of the curriculum for teachers and the attitude of the administrator and teacher experienced during the preparation process. With this research, it is aimed to learn the views of the weekly lesson schedules on the theoretical basis of the teachers' working environment, such as the fair use of resources in schools, teachers' professional problems, teacher-administrator relations, teachers' productivity, and mobbing. By taking the opinions of the teachers about the weekly lesson schedule It has been tried to specify the effects of the concepts of justice, productivity, communication problems and mobbing on their educational activities and private lives, which they encounter professionally in the workplace,. The research was carried out as a phenomenology study, one of the qualitative research methods. The research was carried out by means of an interview and a semi-structured interview form. The answers received from the participants of the research were analyzed through descriptive and interpretive phenomenology and the results were revealed. According to the results of the research, the better the working conditions of the teachers improve, the more the teachers believe in the school's understanding of justice and positive school climate. Since it is seen that there is no direct study on this subject in the literature study, it is important in terms of being an example and support for future research topics.
