Abstract (EN)
Caused by a specific date in the community's faith, ritual, art, literature, culture and traditions and customs we see, is like a mirror of society that shape it.This mirror reflect The society with its all aspects. The culture of society we see all the heros is everywhere in life and is everywhere human being lives. One of the field that, we can see. The culture with all its sides and carpets whose production has lasted for centuries and go from mother to daughter as a culture is carpets. The carpets that, we see the society with its all sides is knitted every region of Anatolia. One of region that carpets are knitted is Hakkâri. The carpets have been knitted for centuries in Hakkâri. The carpets that people live in Hakkâri knitted from the dyes from plants show the richness and power of the world of our peoples culture. Lots of motifs and symbols in the carpets of Hakkâri now and in the past reflect the hidden culture of the region. The People living in this region reflect all the incidents around them uncounciously to their motifs and symbols in carpets. When women do that they believe their fortune and good wishes and they knit them to the kilims as a code and symbol.All of the codes and symbols have their meaning and only the women knit them know these meanings. The motifs revivig from the carpets have been mixed to the folklor of Hakkâri and have been coming to today with its story and mystery. With this study our aim is reaching the genereal Anatolian folklor in the name of Hakkaris folklor and to serve the soul of unity and solidarity.
