Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of an introduction, two main sections and one conclusion part. Firstly, at the introduction of the thesis, information about the subject of research, its limitations, purpose, prominence and method in thesis are given. In this section, it has been also tried to establish a conceptual framework for truth and metaphor for a better understanding and processing of our thesis. Then, in the first main part of this thesis, the understanding of the truth and metaphor of the Hanafi scholars has been studied at the theoretical level. In same part, the theoretical aspect of the Hanafi scholars' understanding of truth and metaphor has been tried to make understandable by giving many examples as much as possible. In the second main part of the thesis, the issues related to wording of the truth and metaphor in the frame of the Hanafi method and the effect of truths and metaphor on them have been examined. To achieve this, the relation between the understanding of truth and metaphor of the Hanafi scholars and their expression has been taken into our examination by considering similarities and differences. After that, the results have been analyzed and the effect of these results on the judgments of the jurisdictions has been emphasized. Finally, in the conclusion part of thesis, the reached outcomes have been summarized.
