Gallipoli wars by maps (North area wars according to Ottoman documents)

After the failure of the naval attacks to force through the Dardanelles, theallied forces landed at Kumkale on the Asian aside of the Dardanelles, and atSeddulbahir and Ariburnu.After months of fighting, the Allied forces withdrew from the area onDecember 27, 1915 and evacuated the Peninsula. In this study the GallipoliCampaigns were studied under the light of Ottoman visual and written documents.Maps utilized before, during and after the battles were reproduced on computer toillustrate the course of the Gallipoli campaigns day by day. In this way, this studyaims to make various stages of the Gallipoli Campaigns much more comprehensible.
