Abstract (EN)

In this study, damaged composite samples with pin joint and reinforced carbon fiber were repaired with patch by use epoxy adhesive. In total, four layers which this samples have symetric and antisymetric layer array. Fiber reinforced angles and layer arrays are variable parameters. Geometrical parameters E/D and W/D are stable which taken five at all samples. Fiber reinforced angles were determined as 0o, 15o, 30o, 45o, 75o, 90o. Experimental tensile test results of samples were plotted on graphs in the computer. This results were contrasted with test results of samples undamage conclusions and evaluated. Also it was determined damage for the results experiment of samples with patched. As for that the numerical study by using three-dimensional finite elements method progressive damage analysis carried out. Hashin Failure Theory has been used for the progressive failure analysis. It has been entered to the program a certain initial load, freight rate increase and the number of rounds at the numerical solve. At the same time for material characteristics, material reduction values by entering to the program was weakened mechanical properties of the material. Progressive failure analysis results which appear damage shapes were recorded and compared with experimental results. Emerged in the final results it has been observed that it is compatible with the experimental and numerical damage, proper adhesive and the patch pratice to strength of the plate significantly increase according to undamaged samples, fiber reinforced angle and to the damage results of the layer array that influencing parameters.
