Abstract (EN)

As rates of change in today?s world increase in response to conditions in the environment, enterprises feel the need to change in order to sustain their businesses and reach desired levels of performance. Along with the establishment of private hospitals, a transition is being made from providing standardized healthcare to achieving quality services. The concept of quality service increases levels of satisfaction with and loyalty toward the hospital. From a perspective of minimizing potential health-related risks, patients prefer to receive healthcare services from hospitals which they can trust, which are recognized, prestigious and brand names in their field. Today, at a time when healthcare organizations have begun to resemble one another, differentiation in quality health services has become imperative. Making this differentiation recognizable by receivers of healthcare is a task which can only be achieved through the strategies of change to be adopted by hospital managements. The aim of this study to review change management focused on patient satisfaction and investigate the applications in the private hospital which is improved healthcare sector in recent years.
