Abstract (EN)
Referring to the objectives of enterprises in the recent years, we note that the concept of ?making profit? shifted towards ?maximizing the value of the enterprise?. As a result of this situation, the concept of ?value oriented management? aroused.To constitute a ground work for all studies concerning the maximization of the value of the firm, the market value of the enterprise has to be ascertained in a manner close to the actual situation.The concepts of management and ascertaining the value of the enterprises that has been argued for long years are initiated to be used in the health sector.As ascertainment of the value of the enterprise, determining the variables that influence this value is also essential. These variables which are defined as value drivers differ inside the health sector from other sectors and they are more equivocal.In this latest study, firm value of the hospital that offered to the public, is determined through various methods.
