Doctors hospitals, and factors affecting motivation of nurses and midwives: Çivril State Hospital sample

Today, large companies are in competition with its competitors to take notice of them, to be better, want to earn more. Employees of the organization's objectives with the objectives of the common way to achieve this point, ensuring that employee motivation through combining. Administrators, attitudes and behaviors of employees in the company, thoughts and feelings, wishes, deficiencies, in internal and external components are required to take into consideration. Motivation is very important that all institutions. However, institutions that provide health care, particularly in hospitals, and patients receiving these services as well as health care professionals is vital for providing these services. Hospitals, which interfere with human health, one to one, the wounded, chronic diseases and emergency patients are treated, delayed, and irrefutable serving organizations. Such an important motivation of health personnel working in hospitals, the provision of health care services are indispensable. Hospital administrators, staff working in all departments are required to recognize and identify the requirements. In the light of all of this by responding to the needs and expectations of increasing their motivation is very important to the success of health care institutions. Therefore, in this research, which is of vital importance in the community as an organization providing services essential for human health and the motivation of employees in hospitals, and was aimed to study the factors that affect it.
