Abstract (EN)
In this paper, products of transition periods of times like; birth, marriage, death traditions and believes, fasts, ceremonies, folk cuisine, folk profession of doctor and anonymous literature are mentioned.In the first section which is connected with folk culture, informations which are taken from written source are informed and then connection of old Turkish culture with traditions and believes which are taken from verbal sources is tried to establish.In the second section which includes anonymous folk literature; product of writen in verse, writen in verse-prose and prose, anonymous folk literature are explained. At the end of the each section, forms and contents are evaluated. At the end of this work there is also a dictionary which includes the local words.At the end of this search, it is understood that Kırıkhan folk culture is inspired from Middle Asia and Anatolian believes and cultures. After the acceptance of Islam, Kırıkhan has gained the new religion?s features and it is still the same.
