Abstract (EN)
Modern management approaches require participatory management. For this reason, the concept of job satisfaction has been gaining importance in working life and working psychology. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the job satisfaction of airline employees. Survey data were collected by questionnaire method. SPSS program was used for analysis of data. The findings obtained by the analysis show that the demographic characteristics affect job satisfaction. The study includes important data for airline companies because it measures the job satisfaction of airline employees. As a result of the research significant relationship was found between education level, staff status, income, marital status, working environment, working environment satisfaction and job satisfaction.
