Abstract (EN)

The light source without compromising the strength and reliability of designs airplane and helicopter fuel and more efficient production in Turkey linked to the purpose of the acquisition is contributing to the work of the research project designs used in aircraft and helicopter in the aerospace industry, defense industry.High-strength aluminum alloy metals (2024-T3 and 7050-T745) the applicability of the laser welding method was investigated. Prepared the weld seam of laser with different parameters macro -, micro-hardness measurements and images were investigated. The results of the research shown in the thesis has been interpreted by figures and tables. Series 2 AL (2024-T3) samples in the experimental blind the formation of cracks was observed in the first applications of the weld seam continuous. The formation of cracks could not be eliminated with appropriate parameter combinations. The ratio of silicon in the material has been identified as the reason for being high. AL 5, 6 and 7 series of welding seams acceptable and repeatable quality were obtained. Aircraft and helicopter designs take high strength lightweight aluminum metals linked to the laser source with the use of lighter, energy efficient and low-cost designs that are possible, and that can be easily applied in Turkey, it was concluded. Key Words: Defense Industry, Aircraft And Helicopter Designs, Aluminum Laser Welding, Research
