Abstract (EN)
The increasing energy demand due to the rapid increase in the human population and the depletion of nonrenewable energy sources has been the leading reason for the search for new alternative sustainable energy sources. Today, more than two-thirds of global energy resources consist of fossil fuels. Among renewable energy sources, biomass is envisioned as a promising renewable energy source to replace crude oil-based petro-refineries. Neutral carbon is an easily available and renewable raw material for the production of biomass, fuels and chemicals. It is an important renewable energy source, providing 9% of global primary energy needs worldwide. Accordingly, the use of fossil fuels is also accepted as the main cause of various environmental problems such as air pollution and global warming. Therefore, using waste-to-energy technologies such as biogas production is believed to be one of the best options to meet the high global demand for energy consumption. Among the different types of alternative renewable energy sources are biogas, for which it is easy to produce and fuels, internal combustion generators for electricity, micro turbines, fuel cells, Deceleration, etc. it is preferred because it can be used directly in various applications such as. Malatya is experiencing a rapid transition from an agriculture-based economy to an industrial-based economy. However, as this process accelerates day by day, the impact of agriculture on the economy remains important. One of the important branches of agriculture in Malatya is animal husbandry. The fact that approximately 54% of its lands are covered with meadows and pastures shows that the necessary environment for animal breeding is present. Malatya province currently hosts serious values in the ratio of biomass and biogas that can be obtained from animal waste. It provides the necessary environment, conditions and conditions for biogas production with an active and dynamic farmer structure as well as the favorable soil structure due to its geographical and topographic structure. In the study, the amount of wet waste, the amount of biogas that can be obtained, the amount of energy that can be obtained, calculated annually for the province of Malatya and between 2000 and 2020, besides, the carbon footprint was calculated based on its environmental effects, and it was also interpreted on a district basis. In line with the results, the facility locations that can be built in Malatya province and its districts have been determined, the environmental impacts of the facility area that can be obtained from the animal wastes currently planned to be established have been taken into account and preliminary cost estimates have been made.
