Abstract (EN)

In this study, Ag/ZrO2, Ag-P/ZrO2, Ag-P-Sb(% 1)/ZrO2, Ag-P-Sb(% 3)/ZrO2 based a total of four different catalysts were produced using the impregnation method. By taking samples from the catalysts, XRD, BET and SEM analyzes were made and their chemical and structural conditions were examined. The catalysts were tested in the HC-SCR system with ethanol as the reducing agent. In the tests, 8 measurements were made for each catalyst at every 10 °C between 170 °C and 240 °C. The space velocity was kept at a constant 30000 h-1 in all tests. The tests were carried out for each catalyst at 2 kW and 4 kW engine load, a 2-cylinder V-type water-cooled engine and a constant engine speed (3000 rpm). In order to adjust the motor loads, 10 resistance power loading units with a loading capacity of 10 kW and each resistor with a loading capacity of 1 kW were used. In the tests, the effects of the produced catalysts on the NOX conversion rate in the HC-SCR system were determined. As a result, the maximum NOX conversion rate was measured as % 92,46 in Ag-P/ZrO2 catalyst at 240 °C at 4 kW load.
