Abstract (EN)
In this study, degradation of t-HCH was performed by solid-solid reaction in a high speed planetary ball mill with the existence of high mass ratio of CaO. In the second step, optimization of process conditions according to high degradation ratios was carried out. Afterwards, substitution of CaO with inorganic wastes (coal fly ash, waste refractory brick, foundry sand) and different industrial material (ordinary Portland cement) was studied. The process residue of the most efficient substitute was further investigated for its re-use as a raw material in mortar production from mechanical and environmental perspective.
