Abstract (EN)
Humans have been given many blessings. Among these blessings is food. With these blessings, people fulfill their nutritional needs, which are crucial for a healthy life. However, humans do not have unlimited freedom regarding nutrition and food. There are also religious rulings regarding these rulings. Some of these provisions can be reached directly from the texts, while others are reached through ijtihad based on the general principles found in the texts. Mujtahids have sometimes reached different conclusions in their ijtihads. These differences were influenced by variables such as the mujtahid's methodology and knowledge base. However, this diversity in rulings has led some to question the existence of contradictions within the religion. The purpose of our research is to examine the rulings on certain foods within the Hanafi and Shafi'i madhhabs of thought, to reveal the reasons for these differences, and to answer these questions.
