Abstract (EN)
Versatile and is experiencing great change and an increasingly competitive today, businesses also need to adapt to these changes and developments. In this competitive environment; health enterprises, the quality of the services they provide in order to survive they must constantly improve. Health businesses, need to determine the current level before starting work and quality improvement in order to anticipate the changes in the results as well as a number of improvements, they have been working on customer expectations and perceptions. This study using hospital services to the adapted SERVQUAL scale, Ege University Medical Faculty Hospital Hemodialysis Unit 'in the service area of the patient, the service evaluation with perceived service quality levels are measured, then how it is perceived in terms of the arguments of the said service quality were analyzed statistically. Independent covariates; overall assessment of the relevant service areas with the hospital's quality, in terms of problems living condition, acute or state of being chronic diseases, sex, marital status, education level, carried out according to age and disease duration and consists of statistical analysis.
