Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted in a descriptive type in order to evaluate the nurse-nurse collaboration of nurses working in internal medicine units and to investigate the factors affecting nurse-nurse collaboration. The universe of the research consisted of nurses working in internal medicine units and working in a university hospital between 1 Oct-15 Nov, 2019. In the sample of the study, 211 volunteer working in internal medicine units were included. In study; Personal Information Form which was developed by scanning the literature and "Nurse-Nurse Collaboration Scale" developed by Temuçin et al. in 2019 were used. SPSS (IBM SPSS Statistics 24) package program was used for statistical analysis of the data. Categorical measurements are summarized as numbers and percentages, and continuous measurements are summarized as mean, standard deviation and minimum-maximum. The "Mann-Whitney U" test method was used to compare the two independent groups with the measured values, and the "Kruskal-Wallis H" test method was used to compare the three or more groups with the measured values. Spearman Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between the subscales of the scale. The mean age of the participants in the study was found to be 31.45 ± 7.60. 83,9% of the participants were women, 57,8% were married, 66,4% were university graduates. Statistically significant differences were found between the participants' education level, where they work, position in the unit and working time and the subscales of the scale. In the study, Cronbach's alpha of the scale was 0.901 and it was found to be highly reliable. As a result, it is possible to say that the level of colloboration between the participants is above the minimum expected level of collaboration. It may be suggested that to support nurse-nurse collaboration of administrative nurses.
