Hemşirelik hizmetlerinde süreç yönetimi ve diyabet hemşireliği üzerine bir araştirma

Today, the changing social conditions are reflected in the business life intensely. Increased competitiveness along with globalization has led to the fact that enterprises and services offered are not product oriented but customer oriented. This has made it possible for customer relationships - whether public or private, to be more moderate. The nursing profession is also one of these changing fields. Until recently, nursing, which is not defined as a professional genius, has become one of the important occupational branches of the health sector today. However, within the context of today's nursing services, not only professional competence but also human and event management are needed. Within the scope of the study, the focus was on process management in nursing services. In this second part of the study, process management is covered and process concept, process management, process management reasons and process hierarchy are included. In the third part of the study, the concept of nursing was discussed and the historical development and roles of the nursing profession were emphasized. In the fourth and last part of the study, the data were collected within the scale and the data were analyzed with the help of SPSS 22.0 program and the findings were interpreted and the studies were completed.
