Hematology and immunology indicators and determination of some mutations for hepatitis b virus

Abstract (EN)

This thesis study, examining the indicators of hematology and immunology, was carried out in Thi-Q province of the Republic of Iraq until March 2021. To investigate samples of clinical stories admitted to blood donors at Nasiriyah work main blood bank and Al-Hussein Teaching Hospital in Thiar province. This study includes 120 samples from male vein containing hepatitis B virus. The number of hepatitis B infected patients in the study (84) was 70%, and the number of women (36) was 30%. In addition, the rate was 46.67% in rural areas, while it was 53.33% in urban areas. The ages of the patients ranged from 20 to 69 years. Control the highest number of patients aged 50-60 with 42% and at least 60% over age9. People are highly educated and 45% of people have the same level of people people have as 45% of people are related to people they have. Regarding blood type, the highest person is for O Rh- blood group with 27% and O Rh- blood group with 17%, with highest profile for ABRh+ blood group with 8% and AB Rh- blood group with 5%.
