Abstract (EN)
Tourism industry is one of the sectors which improves rapidly at present.Lots of country in the world see tourism as a vehicle of development.This concept was became obvious after the years of 80s in our country.Although the basic of tourism actions since the 4000 BC are tought of the trinity of accomodation, foods and drinks and transportation, there are lots of management branches related to tourism directly or inderectly at present.The sector which gain its success from the customer satisfaction has changed from day to day,it takes on a shape according to the wishings of tourists who are customers.From the place which provides only accomodation, it turns into modern holiday resorts which provides lots of services for its customers."All Included System" which provides people to go on holiday without money has become the most common holiday system in the last 10-15 years in our country. "All Included System" has been investigated and a questıonnaire has been done about the effects of 'All Included System' on the Turkish tourism sector and customer satisfaction in this thesis.This thesis, datas has been gained by applying of the questionnaire among the 75 men and 26 woen of total 101 people.SPSS packet programme was used in the observation of datas.Signifance level of this tests were applied as %5 (p<0,05).
