Abstract (EN)
In the present study, it is aimed to specify the lowering of the fixed and variable cost, the assingning points of different of vehicles and determining the most appropriate route of a logistics company with a heterogeneous fleet which is collecting milk from specific point. Primarily the current situation was researched and the data's like vehicle types, capacity and number of vehicles, the location of the point where the company collects the milk, the distance of the points from each other, the amount of milk which will be collected and the total cost of these operations have been archived to solve this problem. These archived data's were poured into a intuitive model under certain constraints and we obtained an optimal solution in Excel macro programming which guarantees the exact solutions. The obtained results were compared with the current status of the company and the improving was obtained.
