Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to coat zeolite obtained from hydroxyapatite-perlite and zeolite-dental composite obtained from hydroxyapatite-perlite on human teeth by using hydrothermal method. Human teeth collected from dental clinics were used as pads. The teeth were washed with ethyl alcohol, calcined at 850 ° C for 1 hour, sieved at 150 mesh size and finally shaped with the help of a hydraulic press. The transformation from perlite to zeolite was carried out by hydrothermal method. Hydroxyapatite (HA) was synthesized by hydrothermal method using CaNO3 as calcium source and P2O5 as phosphorus source. Then the two solutions were mixed with each other. A 15 ml solution was prepared by increasing the zeolite converted from expanded perlite (GP) by 10-20-30-50% by weight and adding 20-50% dental composite powder. Our litter material is put into a thermo container with a solution and placed in a hydrothermal device to be coated at 180oC for 12 hours. The coated samples were sintered at 1100 oC for 1 hour. The obtained coatings were kept in Ringer's solution for 1, 10 and 15 days and their in vitro behavior was observed. The coatings made on human teeth; Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analyzes were measured and compared. As a result, rough structures were observed in SEM analysis. This increases osteointegration. It has also been observed that the addition of dental composite gives better results. In EDX analysis, Ca, P, Al, Si and O were observed on the surface. XRD analysis showed that our coatings are hydroxyapatite. The peaks found in FTIR analysis are similar to the literature.
