Abstract (EN)

The transdermal membrane (TDM) scaffold is composed of natural components of the skin to facilitate wound healing and maintain the delicate balance of the local environment. This dressing is a dermal sterile matrix (scaffold) and facilitates the healing process of the skin surface. The scaffold contains microparticles made of collagen (COL), laminin (LM), and sodium hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid), dipalmytoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC), and glutathione (GSH) on the surface. GSH stimulates cell proliferation in the dermis by protecting against protease enzymes, enhancing fibroblast functions, and increasing collagen synthesis. This compound has been shown to have extraordinary benefits for the skin due to its chemical properties such as scavenging free radicals or its indirect effects on a specific biological system. In light of this information, a dermal matrix that will synergistically deliver antioxidants with other components and maintain the delicate balance of the wound environment was designed and a three-dimensional (3D) Collagen-Laminin porous structured dermal matrix was prepared and saturated with GSH-loaded HyA/AVO microparticles. Thus, TDM increases the effectiveness of chronic wound treatments, shortens the healing period and helps tissue repair. With its ability to reduce free/oxygen radicals in the wound area, it also facilitates the naturally occurring wound healing process by compensating the balance of the defense mechanism and wound area and surface skin components.
