Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to determine whether hierarchical quality model could be used to explain the quality perceptions of hotel customers. "Hierarchical Quality Model Scale" is used to achieve this main goal. The study is applied to five-star Hotel's customers in the province of Marmara region 150 hotel customers are used as sample. The findings from the study; it?s seen that the model related to the effect to interaction guality factor on general average of interaction is statistically meaningful. It is determined that the model concerning the effect of area quality factor on the general average of the area is statistically meaningful. It is also determined that the model concerning the effect of output quality factor on the general average of the output is statistically meaningful, too. The model concerning the effect of interaction, area, and output quality factors on the general perceived service quality average is also found statistically meaningful. The model concerning the effect of the satisfaction variable on the general perceived service quality average is found statistically meaningful, too.
