Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to determine participation frequency of teachers in in-service training, about which subjects they wanted to receive training and their views on participated trainingsIn study, descriptive research method is used. Population of this study is constituted by the teachers working in the Konya Province Directorate of National Education. Due to time insufficiency and financial difficulties, an unbiased sample has been constituted from teachers in Meram Sub-provincial Directorate of National Education and Beyşehir Sub-provincial Directorate of National EducationA questionnaire has been prepared to obtain data in research. Questionnaires were given to the teachers in the schools and then recollected. Questionnaires answered were processes and analyzed by using relevant computer programs.At the end of research, it?s thought that teachers do know the general purpose of in-service training according to the obtained findings. Number of teacher who is aware of laws and regulations about in-service training is low. It was observed that there is a relationship between options preferred about subject about which the training is wanted to be received and seniority year. Is is seen that teachers who think of subjects given in training are true gave full marks to the in-service training activity.
