Bank employee's job conducts as servıce organızatıons : Example of Samsun

This study aims to analyze the bank employees? job conducts, in terms of demographic and business-related information, that consists of organizational commitment, charm sources of organization, job stres, role conflict and role ambiguity, job satisfaction, job involvement and intention of stay in work. Interested scales are applied to the bank employees who works in bank?s branches that opperate in Samsun. The survey done with the participation of 201 bank employees. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), a software package, has been used to analyze the data collected in this research. In determining the relationships between variables, the statistical methods of t-test, variance analysis, Tukey test and correlation analysis have been used.Between organizational commitment which is a job conduct and demographic and business-related information, statistically significiant relationship was not found. Smilarly, between intention of stay in work and demographic and business-related information, statistically significiant relationship was not found .Statistically significiant relationships were found between, charm sources of organization, job stres, role conflict and role ambiguity, job satisfaction, job involvement; and some of the demographic and business-related information.
