Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of servant leadership on psychological well-being and innovative work behavior. Within the scope of the study, data were collected through a survey from 367 employees working in 10 manufacturing companies located in the Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, selected using a convenience sampling method due to time and cost constraints. For data analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted, correlations among variables were examined, and structural equation modeling (SEM) and the bootstrap method were employed to test the direct, indirect, and total effects among variables. The research findings indicate that servant leadership has a significant positive effect on employees' psychological well-being and innovative work behavior. Additionally, it was found that psychological well-being significantly and positively influences innovative work behavior. Furthermore, mediation analysis revealed that psychological well-being plays a mediating role in the relationship between servant leadership and innovative work behavior. .
