In this research, the relationship between the perception of the servant leader and the organizational learning of the hospital employees in the health sector is investigated. The study was conducted with 522 participants. In the study, frequency analyzes were conducted primarily within the context of demographic characteristics of the participants. Then, the reliability and validity analyzes of the scales used were made. In the next step, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to investigate the relationship between servant leadership and organizational learning. After this step, the normality test was conducted to examine whether the demographics differed on the variables, and the difference test was performed in the continuation. According to the results, there is a positively meaningful relationship between servant leadership and organizational learning. In addition, some of the demographic characteristics of participants have led to differentiation in servant leadership and organizational learning perceptions.
