Abstract (EN)
Energy planning has become very important in developing countries and growing economies. The balance between energy production and consumption is based on good planning. One of these plans is electrical charge estimation. The prediction of the amount of electricity to be consumed and the production planning according to this estimation prevent many problems. In this study, the electric charge estimation was made by using Holt-Winters Exponential Correction method. The coefficients which enable Winters method to make an accurate estimation were determined by Genetic Algorithm. In this study, Holt-Winters Ustel Correction method and Genetic Algorithm were developed with Matlab and integrated to each other. With this developed approach, electrical load estimation is made. The proposed approach was found to be suitable for the estimation of electrical load.
