Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACTIn this investigation, two cultivated barleys (Kıral -97 and Karatay-97) whichare known as a salt resistant and with Hordeum marinum L. that is unknown as resistantor sensitive as a halophyte plant which has a natural spread, are investigated forsuperoxide dismutase activities. (SOD; EC 1.15.1.1)According to the obtained results, research is required for researching otherenzymic and non-enzymic antioxidants, that is probably present antioxidative ways inHordeum marinum L. Resistance in salinity, SOD activities are not available for only ascriteria for every three genotype.Key words: Oxidative stress, Hordeum marinum L., superoxide dismutase, salt stressII
