Theft crime

Thetf is a ethical and judicial principle, which prohibited by all public orders and all religions. The thetf crime that can be defined as taking away a movable property belonging to someone else from its place in order to benefit without concent of the proprietor is involved in chapter of crimes aganist property of Turkish Criminal Code. This Thesis has two parts and a conclusion. The first chapter includes definititon of the theft crime, comparisons of similar crime types in the same chapter on the code and the elements of the crime. In the second chapter, qualified circumstances, sanctions of this crime will be explained and criminal attempt, accesory to the crime, concurrence of crimes and procedural provisions are analysed.In conclusion, in the last chapter is completed with the general evaluation of theft crime.
